And some more snowy pictures!

I have been told I am a real tease... I promise pictures of Egypt, and then all I blog about is snow in Finland... So here are a few more pictures of snow, which started finally melting today into a slushy, mushy mess that is sure to get our feet very wet tomorrow morning!

 

  

I had also promised to post more pictures of knitting, so here are finally two finished items. A crocheted baby bonnet, knitted during the Ravelympics (a big hello to my friends from the Tricot Opéra group!) for a charity...

 

 

 

... and a three ribbed beret out of Piecework (future wearer as yet unknown!).

 

And still on the needles, a "Here be dragon shawl" which looks likely to spend a long time on the needles, as it is taking ages to knit, due to a lot of unravelling whilst making. It's the type of project that drives you nuts, but that you end up determined to finish one day. You know, just to make sure you master what you knit, and not the reverse!!

 

 

And next post, I promise, will be about Egypt. No really, it will...
